Can a virus cause physical damage to my computer?

Yes, some viruses can actually cause physical disk damage in your hard drive.  Some viruses are programmed to send signals to the reader (the actuator arm) reading the hard disk which can cause physical disk damage.

Is a server necessary for my business?

A few factors must be considered.  Primarily, it depends on the number of workstations and/or the type of applications used by your business (for example, some applications are server based).  Many businesses need to share information and can be setup on a "peer-to-peer" network and can avoid the expense of a server.

My computer has gotten slower & slower, do I need to buy a new computer?

Many of the computers that we have seen that are "running slow" simply need to be optimized.  TIP:  Check your background programs before purchasing new hardware.

I removed the program from my programs Start-Up group, but the program still loads when I turn my PC on?

Microsoft has a background start up which can be edited using MSCONFIG.  NOTE:  Be careful, if you turn off the wrong items you can prevent Windows from starting.

I'm getting viruses, should I buy a firewall?

Not necessarily, firewalls are designed for security and virus programs are designed to protect you from viruses.
